A day out!
This past Sunday, Claire and I went to London for a baby convention. My friend Chris met up with us there and it was a lot of fun. These pictures were taken by Chris and as I couldn't get them uploaded on Blogger (had to use photobucket), they may be a bit compressed. If they are, and you need them in large sizes (Mom), just ask and I'll point you in the right direction for full-size ones, or I can just e-mail them.
The first thing Claire did was eat some breakfast...
...and then pretty much promptly fell asleep. You can see freebie bags on the stroller- hooray for freebies!
--
After an hour or two of wandering around, Claire woke up and had some lunch! Here she is sharing a rice cake with my friend Chris after having some free fisherman's pie!
--
After that, we played in some play areas (sponsored by various sensitive-skin fabric softeners) and Claire was a bit worried of her soft surroundings...
... so she tried to escape!
---
After the convention we went back to Chris's house and sorted through the freebies so I wouldn't be carrying 80 million bags home on my own, and Claire got into all the new videogame things. Soon she will be asking for her own Xbox360 and possibly even Buzz!
--
It was a long day, and a lot of fun. Claire and I were both worn out by the end of it, and we still had a train journey home! At least Claire got a nice nap before we headed home...
